INSTRUCTIONS:

QOD FIBER COMPLEX & Bleaching:
1. Always use higher volume bleaching powder (30 to 40% more) than with a regular mix.
2. Add a paragraph or QOD FIBER COMPLEX # 1 (approx. 7 ml) for every 30 grams of bleaching powder (mixed and ready for use) and apply as usual.
3. Rinse as usual. Apply and massage QOD FIBER COMPLEX # 2 on to the hair and wait for 5 minutes. Rinse and finish as desired.

QOD FIBER COMPLEX & coloring:
1.Add half a paragraph or QOD FIBER COMPLEX # 1 to your favorite coloring mixture and apply as usual (approx 3.5 ml.).
2.Rinse as usual. Apply and massage QOD FIBER COMPLEX # 2 on to the hair and wait for 5 minutes. Rinse and finish as desired.
